    HR System

    Crescent Staff’s objective is to build the HR system to enhance employee motivation. We make rules of employment and also respond promptly to revisions of compliance and Labor Standards Act. The successful HR system is to increase the number of employees who are right below management position who has served for the company for many years.     Mystery Shopper

    The Mystery Shopper is “undercover customers” conducting objective regular audits on trained staffs at client’s store locations. This is a necessary process in order to ensure the qualities are maintained. Crescent Staff discuss with clients beforehand to assess the evaluation points. The 3 basics are; who shops at which location to assess what. We apply our know-hows and expertise when above are set.
